CREATIVE SUPPORT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Creative Support is for the bits of your brand that need a little extra care, clarity or creative attention.

Depending on what we agree, this might include brand photography, light copywriting, website wording, image selection, LinkedIn or Instagram support, light website updates, content ideas or general creative guidance.

Monthly Creative Support is paid in advance and covers the support agreed for that month. If anything extra is needed, such as additional shoot days, we’ll chat about this first and agree any extra costs before the work goes ahead.

To keep things moving smoothly, clients are responsible for providing any information, access, passwords, feedback or approvals needed for the work. If these are delayed, timelines may also need to move.

Creative Support is designed to help your brand feel more polished, consistent and professional. While I’ll always bring care, thought and experience to the work, I can’t guarantee specific results such as sales, enquiries, followers, bookings or engagement.

If Creative Support includes photography, my Photography Terms will also apply. If it includes copywriting, my Copywriting Terms will also apply.
